Mérieux NutriSciences shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Site and/or its Contents, such as loss of data, damage caused to computer hardware, intrusion of third parties into the computer system and/or damage caused by a case of force majeure as defined by the French Civil Code.
If one or more provisions of these General Conditions of Use are or become invalid for any reason, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
